Last updated: . This policy explains how TEERIDE ("we") handles personal information when you use the TEERIDE apps and website.
Information we collect
Riders: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off locations, trip history, payment details handled by our payment provider, and ratings. Drivers and operators: name, phone number, TX, O or TO number, company name, vehicle details, location while online, and trip and earnings records.
How we use it
To match riders with drivers, show live trip progress, calculate fares, process payments and driver payouts, provide support, keep riders and drivers safe, and meet legal obligations in Aruba.
Sharing
We share a rider's name and pickup details with the assigned driver, and the driver's name, vehicle and plate with the rider. We use service providers for payments, maps, text messages and hosting. We do not sell personal information.
Location
The rider app uses location to set pickup points. The driver app uses location while the driver is online to match and track trips.
Retention and your choices
We keep trip and payment records as long as needed for our services and legal requirements. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting info@teeride.com. Deleting your account removes your profile; some records may be kept where the law requires.
